Wharton Operating is a locally owned property management company dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing in Wharton, Texas. We own and manage three apartment communities totaling 46 units across Wharton County.

• Alabama Apartments — 6 units on CR 166. Spacious 2BR units with laundry rooms at $1,100/mo. Now leasing.
• Cedar Lane Apartments — 4 brand-new units at 501 Texas Street. 2BR with W/D hookups. Currently coming soon.
